Primosten

| A small harbour town, on a peninsular about 30 km from Sibenik. The area’s wide beaches and coves offer plenty of opportunity
for water and beach sports, including scuba diving and sailing, with instruction if required. Numerous restaurants and
taverns offer local fare, the speciality being spiny lobster a la Primosten. The local Babic red wine is certainly not to be
missed. An organized excursion along the Primosten Wine Trail, which at the same time is a sightseeing tour through the
villages of Primosten Burnji is well worthwhile. Plenty of cultural events and entertainment programmes run throughout the
summer months. For example the religious feast – Our Lady of Porto in July – when a large procession is held in the town and
ships and boats parade at sea. The popular Aurora discotheque is the largest far and wide - ideal for night-life lovers!
